Drawing from his Lead Flight Attendant Course and his NBAA leadership course, Scott Moore has designed a course especially for any flight attendant or cabin crew member. This course will teach you how to communicate effectively with difficult crew members, resolve conflict situations, and be able to give and receive effective feedback. Learn how to overcome the daily challenges faced by flight attendants, both on the airplane and on the ground. Learn how to improve your listening skills and ask impactful questions. Build your confidence level to be able to face any challenge. The course also includes one free hour of personal coaching with Scott after the class, to be able to get personalized assistance.
