The trainDAVINCI leadership team: Paula Kraft and Scott Arnold are known industry leaders and experts in training, consulting and program development for private aviation. Providing business aviation flight departments, pilots and cabin crewmembers solutions to achieve première inflight service, culinary skills, passenger and cabin safety.  They assist flight departments with achieving compliance per SMS, FAR’s, SOP’s and IS-BAO standards. Clients will achieve overall higher standards of inflight safety, service and culinary skills and consistency. Paula Kraft

Founding Partner DaVinci Inflight Training Institute/Instructor

Paula is the catering contributor for globally-read BlueSky Business Aviation News magazine. She is active with many aviation and catering-related groups including the International Caterers Association, the International Inflight Food Service Association and is a board member of Women in Corporate Aviation. She is the past chair of the NBAA Flight Attendant Committee Caterer’s Working Group for 15 years perfecting unique catering training sessions for NBAA conferences and events. Currently, she serves on the NBAA Flight Attendant Advisory Committee and is a member of the Training and Safety Subcommittee. Paula was a founding member of the steering committee for the creation of a European Flight Attendant Committee and conference, serves as a subject matter expert to the board of International Standard for Business Aircraft Handlers (IS-BAH) and food service subject matter expert to the ASTM International Business Aviation Cabin Crew Certification.

After founding Tastefully Yours Catering, she has been offering culinary and food safety related training to the general aviation community. With a strong dedication to improving catering safety, risk mitigation and safe food handling, she developed and introduced the concept of “catering safety management systems”.  As a certified food safety instructor, Paula offers catering SMS and culinary classes for all aviation professionals.

Paula’s first-hand experience, business acumen, research, and relationships make her an industry expert – one which allows her to share information that will help raise the professional training level for flight attendants today that will reduce the risk of food-related concerns tomorrow.

Scott Arnold

Managing Partner DaVinci Inflight Training Institute/Instructor

Scott, Partner DaVinci Inflight Training Institute, began his aviation career in 1988 as a commercial flight attendant and made the transition into business aviation in 2001 as a freelance corporate flight attendant. Prior to aviation, he began his service industry career in hotel management as a service specialist, troubleshooter, and trainer. He has extensive training in culinary, fine dining, service and business etiquette. He is experienced in virtually all facets of business aircraft and also has extensive experience organizing and “streamlining” flight department procedures and managing crewmembers in a variety of flight operations. Scott is the former Director Aircare Crews Staffing, trainer and program development manager – Aircare FACTS Training, co-owner of Corporate Flight Solutions and the founder of sajet solutions, inc.

Scott is the past Chair NBAA Flight Attendants Committee (National Business Aviation Association), founding member of the steering committee for the creation of a European Flight Attendant Committee and European Cabin Service Conference, and currently serves on the committee’s Advisory Council. He is a regular blog contributor for The Flight Attendant Life and continues to be a featured speaker at numerous conferences, conventions and forums all around the world, presenting topics such as: cabin safety, CRM, hotel & personal travel safety, social media and professional career development. Scott is a certified BLS (Basic Life Support) medical trainer (American Heart Association – General First Aid, CPR & AED) and is a corporate flight attendant for a Gulfstream G550 private owner.
